Beautiful rooms with clean comfy bed and good water pressure, felt like home. The private parking was on site, great service. Late check-out was useful. The hotel had indeed a good and great location in the Thamel district...

Stayed for 1 night in this exceptionally comfortable place, thoroughly enjoyed that. the staff were very amiable and amazingly attentive with any request. Got a deluxe double room with good water pressure, a clean comfy bed, as expected. Everywhere was impeccably clean.

The hotel was clean, which I appreciated. My deluxe twin room had good water pressure and a clean comfy bed - it was new-fashioned. The breakfast food was exceptionally nice. The staff were amazingly efficient.

We had a great stay here! The location is perfect with tons of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly - they arranged airport transfers, and even accommodated our late arrival. The hotel facilities were very clean and modern, especially the rooftop with its stunning views. Breakfast was delicious too!

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and welcoming. They were willing to provide assistance for all our needs and requests. We loved the location as it was very convenient for us to go to all the tourist spots and have access to restaurants and shops. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the rooftop view was fantastic.

This made showering a bit difficult and uncomfortable. we had a pleasant stay, but the weak shower was a bit of a letdown.

Breakfast is a treat with a range of options to choose from including fresh fruits, bread, and eggs cooked your way.

There were some issues with the strength of the shower water pressure, which could be improved.

During my Thanksgiving trip, I had a great experience at this hotel. the staff is extremely kind and welcoming. They arranged a taxi for me every day, which was a big relief. the hotel is located in the heart of the tourist area, close to restaurants, souvenir shops, and tour agencies. the hotel room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with great bathroom facilities. Lastly, their rooftop bar and restaurant had stunning views of the city, a fantastic place to unwind after a long day exploring.

this was a minor inconvenience and didn't impact my overall experience at the hotel.
